Twenty-five years of leading people. Here's what I know.

I have spent my career at the intersection of people, performance, and change, in organisations moving fast, under pressure, through uncertainty. I am an accredited coach and a trained mediator.

I spent the better part of a decade at Shopify across three distinct eras. First, as part of a pioneering team that was made remote-first before the rest of the world thought it was possible; then through rapid global scaling during Covid; and finally working deep in the AI transformation that changed how Shopify operated.

I believe high performance and genuine humanity are not in conflict. The organisations and leaders who will thrive in the next decade are the ones who can build on this understanding.
